I think the first revolution will be for sure in content. Not saying it will replace Humans for now, but it will make them speed up their results for sure because like in old times you had to do your math using your head now you are way faster using calculators or softwares, AI will be that for almost everything.

I also spent my Sunday playing around with Midjourney, a more visual AI that creates anything you can imagine, just need to give them some indications. From what I could understand the more precise you give him/her instructions the better, and you should be aware about your keywords and what they pop up in image searches because right now I feel that the AI is trying to understand the “word/image” connection through search engines. I was a bit disappointed with some results, but let’s be honest, this AI’s are still babies and will grow way faster than what we do. I actually did the “interior render” a month ago, and the difference of realism to the one I made today was quite impressive. The “old one” did impactful imageries but with no real sense of reality or implementation, but right now it's going super smoothly.

One month separate one ambience from the other.

I was very impressed with the sneakers experience, it gave me powerful solutions to such a complicated product, that would have taken me days to get to something similar to what it did in less than 1 minute. Maybe because the database of this kind of products are quite extensive and similar to each other, it gives the AI a great “memory” solution to create and combine with what you ask it. For product development, for now, I see this as a great tool to get inspired and think outside the box when you find yourself uninspired, but not really as a final result. But I saw many examples (you can check everything everyone is doing in the Beta version) that were for sure going to be used in illustrations, character developments, or even apps that with some minor tweaks would be ready for market.

Believe it or not, I wrote this article, and “created” all of the images in a little bit more than 2h. Now what do you think this means for our future? Will AI replace us? Or will speed everything up just as all the last technological revolutions?
