The Zoo Collection | Inspiring Portugal | Tent London

It was a great honor to be invited by Jorge Cerveira Pinto to be part of the Portuguese Pavilion at the Tent London with the name of "Inspiring Portugal".

"Inspiring Portugal aims to showcase the contemporary design scene of a country where art and history have always walked hand-in-hand. Represented by 25 individual design companies, each product reflects a certain national identity, either through its traditional craftsmanship such as Aldeias do Xisto or iconic Portuguese raw materials such as cork, burel wool or basalt stone from the Azores. Organised by aicep Portugal Global, in collaboration with Aldeias do Xisto." - http://www.londondesignfair.co.uk/galleries/portugal-design-pavilion

For me the fair actually started some weeks before the fair at the studio preparing the best way to communicate. Knowing that another 25 designers/brands would be exhibiting at the Portuguese stand, I had to be easily recognized has the piece's author. Also I wanted to call more people to see our stand 72... so I made some kind of street art to post everywhere around the Old Truman Brewery and some places of interest. Street art was always London's speciality right?

It was actually quite fun to paste the stickers everywhere I saw that it would have an impact or only if it would look great there. And the "Zoo Invasion" started on the plane

I know some peoples worst nightmare going at a fair is to find the best Hotel or House to stay, so I will leave you the link of the space I was in. I really recommend it!! It was a great British experience for an actually great price! Thanks Bill! https://www.airbnb.pt/rooms/12180544
